This AP Analyst Role will be responsible for AP Payments for LATAM
General Activities / Duties:
- Ensure compliance to month-end/Qtr.
End/Year-End activities and adhering to all the timelines.
- Taking care of invoices requests on a timely/basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
- Timely response of queries to the concerned parties within 24 hours of the receipt of any query.
- Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with-in SLAs as defined for the activity.
- Main responsible and point of contact for TMF Brazil to review and approve invoice payments.
- Month End Close accounts Reconciliations.
