Finance Analyst
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do: Be responsible for providing general accounting support to the Brands and the Coalition management in the development and implementation of the annual budget, the monthly forecasts, the strategic plan, and the analysis & reporting of monthly operating results.
This position will work closely with department managers to monitor the budget and analyze monthly results. In addition, this position will provide analytical support to business partners to help drive the company’s operating performance.
Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-2 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in actuary, industrial engineering, accounting or similar.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Excel is a MUST.
- SAP (Nice to have): Experience working with database and ERP systems (i.e., SAP) and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret financial statements, analyze results, and identify key issues.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
