The Role: Compliance Coordinator
You will be part of the Compliance Team that ensures that all hiring processes strictly adhere to legal regulations, industry standards and internal policies. You will be responsible for performing administrative and compliance tasks to support Discover's daily operations, and your daily tasks will include:
- Implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks aligned with local and international regulations;
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Operations) to ensure compliance within business processes;
- Maintaining and updating Company databases: Regularly ensuring that the company's database is current with all signed contracts, contract templates, and contractor compliance documents;
- Participating in the process of negotiating new agreements with clients, providing support and ensuring smooth communication between the stakeholders;
- Validating new placements and contract extensions:
Carefully reviewing and validating new contractor placements and contract extensions to ensure that all necessary information is correctly entered and populated in the CRM system;
- Acting as the main point of contact for contractors experiencing issues. This involves addressing their concerns and finding effective solutions internally to resolve any problems they may encounter;
- Onboarding contractors and ensuring compliance: Overseeing the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring that each contractor meets all 'right to work' requirements. This includes verifying documentation with legal and company standards and conducting background and reference checks.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in a compliance or administrative role, ideally within recruitment, staffing or professional services
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities
- English language (C1, written and spoken)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
- Familiarity with recruitment industry regulations and contractor compliance will be an asset
