Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration & Orchestrate Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations across the Workday ecosystem and external applications. The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, Workday Orchestrate, APIs, and integration technologies, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, and Workday Orchestrate.
- Develop and support Workday Orchestrate workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Workday with HR, payroll, finance, benefits, recruiting, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Work with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Develop integration specifications, technical documentation, and testing plans.
- Perform unit, system, and end-to-end testing and support production deployments.
- Monitor integrations and proactively address performance, data, and security issues.
- Collaborate with Workday and third-party vendors as needed.
- Follow integration development standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Orchestrate.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and/or Workday APIs.
- Strong understanding of REST and/or SOAP web services, XML,



JSON, and data transformation.
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Integration certification(s).
- Experience with Workday Extend and/or Workday API technologies.
- Experience with security, authentication, and integration monitoring.
- Experience working in large enterprise Workday environments.
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, or financial business processes.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Workday functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure Workday integrations and automation solutions.
