- Coordinate tasks related to deployments, testing, or integrations.
- Manage access, configurations, and permissions within program tools.
- Ensure user stories have clear technical criteria for development and testing.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical blockers affecting sprint progress.
- Assist with technical preparation for PI Planning, increments, and releases.
- Document technical configurations, deployment workflows, and operational guidelines.
- Validate that deliverables meet technical, security, and performance standards (ISA, scans, security assessments, etc.).
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, or platform teams to enable environments or integrations.
- Provide technical support during key program activities (deployments, testing, cutover, go-live).
- Identify technical risks and propose preventive or corrective actions.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical blockers affecting sprint progress.

- Basic knowledge of Jira tool.
