We are looking for: Clinical Support Application - Pharmacy

As a Pharmacist/Nurse/Medical Doctor, in Clinical Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy processes related to medication validation, preparation, and outpatient pharmacy services within the EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

What you'll do:

· Providing top-tier customer service to end users and stakeholders of the EMR system.

· Configure electronic prescriptions.

· Prescription validation.





· Meeting or exceeding service-level agreements (SLAs) to avoid contractual penalties.

Education & Experience:

· A clinical background in one of the following areas: QFBs, Pharmacists, Nurses, Doctors.

· 2–5 years of clinical experience.

· Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).

· Strong technical aptitude and skills.
