Reval TMS Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a Reval TMS Consultant to join our Reval Center of Excellence (CoE) and support Treasury Technology initiatives across implementation, configuration, testing, integration, and application support.
This is a hands-on functional role focused on leveraging Reval TMS to support critical treasury operations, including Payments, Bank Connectivity, Cash & Liquidity Management, Cash Pooling, FX and Interest Rate products, and Treasury Accounting.
The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Finance, IT, banking partners, and implementation teams to translate business requirements into effective Reval solutions, troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues, and support the continued evolution of the Reval platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, test, and support Reval TMS across treasury processes and business functions.
- Partner with Treasury and Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional Reval solutions.
- Support Payments and Bank Connectivity, including:
- Payment processing and approval workflows
- Bank statement integration
- ISO 20022 payment and statement formats
- SWIFT, SFTP, and other bank connectivity methods
- Configure and support Cash & Liquidity Management, including cash positioning, cash transactions, bank accounts, liquidity management, and cash pooling.
- Support FX and Interest Rate transactions, including FX Forwards and Interest Rate Swaps.
- Configure and support Treasury Accounting, including accounting rules, journal generation, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Support ERP and banking integrations through data mapping, interface validation, reconciliation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Investigate and troubleshoot functional, transactional, integration, and data-related issues within Reval.
- Participate in system enhancements, releases, regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Reval CoE.
- Collaborate across Treasury, Finance, IT, banking partners, and implementation teams to ensure reliable end-to-end treasury processes.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in Treasury Technology, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), or Corporate Treasury.
- Hands-on Reval TMS experience is required.
- Strong understanding of Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management, and Treasury Operations.
- Working knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, SFTP, bank connectivity, and payment/statement formats.
- Experience or strong knowledge of cash pooling, bank accounts, cash transactions, and liquidity management.
- Knowledge of FX and Interest Rate products, including FX Forwards and Interest Rate Swaps.
- Understanding of Treasury Accounting, including settlements, reconciliation, journal generation, and accounting rules.
- Experience supporting ERP and banking integrations, including data mapping, interfaces, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex transaction, data, and integration issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Treasury, Finance, IT, banks, and implementation teams.
