Engineering Change Coordinator
At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
A general leader in premium kitchen technology is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator to support and coordinate engineering change control and product data management activities across the full product lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely release of product structures, engineering documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and change records within PLM and ERP systems.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Compliance, and Project Teams, this position supports the review, documentation, approval, and implementation of engineering changes in alignment with established procedures and best practices.
This role retains the core focus of the position — engineering changes, product data integrity, and support for both new product launches and sustaining engineering activities — while being scoped for a coordinator-level contributor rather than a senior subject-matter expert.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US company.
What You'll Do
- Support the administration of Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notices (CNs) from initiation through release and implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required information, approvals, and documentation for engineering changes.

- Create and update BOMs following established processes and work instructions.
- Support the transfer and synchronization of engineering information between PLM and ERP systems.
- Review engineering data for completeness and accuracy before release.
- Maintain revision-controlled documentation and support product configuration and traceability activities.
- Support engineering documentation related to packaging, labeling, and other product information.
- Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering activities.
- Communicate change status and follow up with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
- Identify data inconsistencies or incomplete documentation and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to engineering change and product data processes.

- Exposure to engineering changes, ECOs, ECNs, ECRs, change notices, or product-release processes.
- Experience using an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

- Exposure to NPI, product launches, or sustaining engineering preferred.
