BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

At BEPC Inc., we are looking for a Senior EHS Engineer, this role will support the documentation, review, approval, release, and training process for EHS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role involves preparing procedures in English and Spanish, managing documents through Windchill, coordinating training assignments through Compliance Wire, confirming training completion, and tracking project progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Write EHS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using the template established by the company, in both English and Spanish. The procedures will be provided by the EHS project lead.
- Complete the review and approval process for the Standard Operating Procedures through the company’s Windchill document control system.




- Make the necessary adjustments to the procedures until the documents are released in Windchill and ready to be assigned for training in Compliance Wire.
- Coordinate with the training department to assign the SOPs in Compliance Wire (CW) for training of the employees/associates to whom each Standard Operating Procedure applies.
- Confirm that employees have completed the required training in Compliance Wire (CW).
- Maintain weekly tracking of the project plan and present progress updates to EHS management.

Main qualifications:

- Engineering Degree (master’s in science is a plus)
- Writing EHS procedures in English and Spanish.
- Working with the Windchill document control system.
- Managing SOP training assignments through Compliance Wire (CW).
- Tracking and reporting project progress.
- Experience with validation processes.
- Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency
