Social Media Manager

They are looking for a Social Media Manager to own social media strategy and execution across the portfolio of brands. This is a remote contractor role, expected to transition to an employed arrangement over time.
You will work across multiple brands, developing and running social content that is consistent, on-brand, and built to grow audience and engagement. This is a hands-on role: you are both the strategist and the person publishing the work.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple brands, tailoring voice and content to each
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as needed)
- Write on-brand copy and captions and coordinate visual assets
- Build and maintain content calendars for each brand
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in each brand's voice
- Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and adjust based on what the data shows
- Stay current on platform changes, trends, and best practices
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and creative team members
What You Bring
- Minimum 4 years of professional social media management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Native or near-native written English, with the ability to write in different brand voices
- Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Experience creating or coordinating visual content (Canva or similar)
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage deadlines across several brands without close supervision
- Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
- Nice to Have
- Experience in fertility, family, healthcare, or wellness-adjacent brands
- Basic video editing skills
- Paid social experience
Salary & Perks

- This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
- 100% remote.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - EST.
