Who We Are

REXX Studio is a venture studio that co-founds tech companies for under-digitalized mid-market industries. We engineer every company from Day 0 for Private Equity roll-up buyouts and venture scale. REXX acts as co-founder and first allocator on every company.

Role Summary

You manage the financial architecture that keeps the studio and its spinout ventures operating smoothly. You will oversee multi-entity capital allocations, financial modeling, budgeting, LP data rooms, and corporate compliance across Delaware C-Corps and Mexican subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Investment Analysis & IC Support: Conduct valuation modeling, unit economics checks, and financial analysis to support the Investment Committee (IC) on venture stage-gate decisions and pre-seed capital allocations.

- Fundraising & Data Room Management: Prepare financial models, capitalization tables, financial deck slides, and data rooms to support studio and venture fundraising with Family Offices, LPs, and institutional investors.

- Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgets: Build and maintain financial models (and pricing strategies), studio operating budgets, and multi-year projections for REXX and individual portfolio ventures.

- Burn Management & Capital Discipline: Track monthly studio burn, cash runway, and unit economics across parallel builds to maintain strict capital ceilings.





- Entity Setup & Legal Operations: Coordinate Delaware C-Corp incorporations, Mexican subsidiary filings, SAFE notes, and cap table mechanics for new studio spinouts.

- Accounting, Tax & Automation: Oversee corporate accounting compliance (US and Mexico), inter-company billing, vendor contracts, and set up automated reporting workflows using tools like Excel, Notion, and Zapier for real-time visibility.

Requirements & Background

- 1+ years in Corporate Finance, VC Back-Office, Fund Operations, or Startup Fin Ops (experience in a Venture Studio, VC fund, or venture-backed company is a major plus).

- Deep proficiency in Financial Modeling, Cap Table Management, and Corporate Accounting (familiarity with Delaware C-Corp and Mexico legal/tax frameworks required).

- Direct experience with corporate finance fundamentals: Managing budgets, cash flow forecasting, burn rates, and investor data rooms.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for investor reporting and cross-regional legal/financial operations.

- Pragmatic systems builder: Skilled at using modern software tools (Notion, Airtable, Coda, Zapier, Excel) to automate reporting and keep administrative overhead minimal.

- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing financial compliance across multiple parallel companies without friction.
