The Opportunity
We are expanding our international presence and are looking for a Country Manager in Mexico — a full-time professional who will represent Doktar and lead our business development and sustainability program activities in the region.
This is a freelance, commission-only collaboration designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build a long-term partnership with a growing European Agri Tech brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales and partnership development, especially for climate and sustainability projects with the agri-food industry
- Represent Doktar and its full product portfolio (IoT devices, digital platforms, data-driven services)
- Manage customer relations and local operations, including logistics coordination and client reporting
- Work closely with Doktar’s international sales and technical teams
- Develop and implement Doktar’s market entry and growth strategy in Mexico
Collaboration Model
- Full-time freelance contract
- Commission-based compensation only — you earn high commission of the revenue you generate
- No fixed base salary
- Successful collaboration may lead to the opportunity to establish and lead a local Doktar branch in Mexico as a long-term partnership
Who You Are
- Experienced in agriculture, food, and/or sustainability sectors
- Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or project development in F&B; companies
- Well-connected with corporate clients or other major agri-food players locally
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Fully available to dedicate your time and focus to representing Doktar in Mexico
