Recruiter Mexico (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of client openings. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced, agency environment.

Proven experience recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, customer service, accounting, finance, operations, healthcare, or light industrial positions.
~ Demonstrated success sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
~ Experience utilizing Linked In Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
~ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
~ Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




~ Qualify candidates by interviewing them in person, assessing soft skills, and suitability/technically fit to the position.
Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for open positions.
Interviews candidates to validate work history, education, training, job skills, soft skills, availability and salary requirements and the like.
