As we create a colorful, capable and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and improve lives for billions of people around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesLease Contract & Asset ManagementAdminister lease programs, including contract setup, renewals, and end-of-term activitiesManage asset tracking and lifecycle data to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain contract and asset records in systems such as Lease Accelerator and SirionEnsure adherence to contractual obligations, internal controls, and compliance requirementsInvoice Processing & Financial CoordinationProcess and validate high volumes of invoices, ensuring:Accuracy of chargesCorrect cost center allocationTimely approvals and paymentsSupport lease-related cost tracking, accruals, and financial reportingProcurement Operations SupportCreate and manage purchase orders and service requisitionsSupport procurement processes aligned with company policies and governance standardsReporting & Data ManagementDevelop and maintain reports for:Asset and lease portfoliosFinancial and operational performance metricsCost saving / Wave and compliance reportingEnsure data integrity across systems (e.G., SAP, Alteryx, reporting tools)Support enhancements to reporting tools and data visibilityCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Finance, Business Units, Category Managers,
and suppliers to resolve issuesCoordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate executionProvide guidance on systems, tools, and standard processesProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and efficiencySupport automation and digital enablement initiativesDrive standardization and continuous improvement across processesRequiredQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldExperience in procurement, contract administration, finance, or operationsStrong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and analytical capabilityPreferredExperience with lease and asset management programsFamiliarity with procurement and contract systems (SAP, Lease Accelerator, CLM/ Sirion)Experience with data analysis and automation tools (Excel, Alteryx)Key CompetenciesOperational excellence and attention to detailCross-functional collaborationAnalytical problem-solvingOwnership and accountabilityEffective communication and stakeholder management d stakeholder managementAt Chemours, you will find sustainability in our vision, our business and your future.
