and costWork with VMO-GO for budgetary spend approvals and PO creation related to TSA exit initiativesDevelop project cost estimates and manage TSA exit budgets in collaboration with the IT Deal LeadSchedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, status reviews, and governance forums across Spanish and Mexican stakeholdersServe as primary escalation point for TSA-related issues across both deals, resolving conflicts and surfacing risks to the IT Deal LeadRequirements5-7 years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on M&A; Transition Service Agreement management post-closeDemonstrated experience managing TSA exits, including separation of comingled IT services across applications and infrastructureFluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — required to support deals in Spain and Mexico; English proficiency also requiredExperience with cross-border or multi-geography deal execution strongly preferredStrong understanding of IT landscapes including ERPs, infrastructure, and cloud services in the context of carve-outs and divestituresExperience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams requiredAbility to manage ambiguity and competing priorities across multiple concurrent dealsStrong stakeholder management — able to engage and influence at both operational and senior leadership levelsSelf-motivated; able to operate independently in a fast-paced M&A; environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
