Part-Time Sales / Lead Follow-Up SpecialistRemote (Open to PH & LATAM Applicants)Rate: $7.50/hour + 1% Commission on Every Deal ClosedSchedule: Part-Time | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PSTAbout the RoleWe are looking for a confident, relationship-driven Sales / Lead Follow-Up Specialist to help convert warm homeowner leads into closed sales for a premium outdoor lighting company.This is NOT a cold-calling role. Every lead has already expressed interest, met with the business owner, and received a customized proposal. Your responsibility is to build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide homeowners toward moving forward with their project.Because we sell high-end, high-value home improvement services, we are looking for someone with proven sales experience in the home services industry. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury home renovations, roofing, windows and doors, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, HVAC, solar, pools, outdoor living, or similar premium residential services will be strongly preferred.If you know how to sell value—not just price—and enjoy building relationships with homeowners, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities• Follow up with interested homeowner leads via call, text,
