- High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using job boards (like Indeed. LinkedIn), social media and local community outreach.
- Screening & Onboarding: Conduct phone screens and quickly find candidates in US locations for positions in cities across the US.
- Order Fulfillment: Work with account managers to understand the clients’ job requirements and information needed from candidates to represent them to clients.
- Candidate & Employee Relations: Maintain communication with employees to ensure a smooth transition, resolve assignment issues, and address turnover.
- Data Management: manage candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting for a staffing agency.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, and production environments, as well as basic OSHA and workplace safety standards. A plus is experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and phone skills, with a sense of urgency. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with MS Office, ATS platforms, and online recruiting tools.
