The FBA Seller Fulfillment Experience (SFX) team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a major product area within the seller fulfillment experience across Brazil, Mexico, and Australia. This role will own the product vision, define the strategic roadmap, and drive end-to-end delivery of seller-facing experiences that directly impact seller adoption, retention, and operational success across three of Amazon's fastest-growing marketplaces. You will be responsible for some of the highest-judgment product decisions within FBA's emerging markets portfolio — decisions that shape how thousands of sellers experience fulfillment and how Amazon grows its third-party marketplace in these geographies.
Fulfillment by Amazon is one of Amazon's most important seller-facing programs, enabling third-party sellers to leverage Amazon's world-class fulfillment network to delight end customers. The Seller Fulfillment Experience (SFX) team owns the seller-facing tools, workflows,
and interfaces that power this program — from inventory planning and shipment creation through performance optimization and fee transparency. We operate at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, logistics complexity, and seller experience, solving problems that require deep understanding of local nuance, operational constraints, and seller behavioral economics across emerging markets at different stages of maturity.
This role sits within the SFX product team and will own strategic product leadership across interconnected charter areas: (1) bi-annual product strategy and roadmap definition — translating seller pain points, country opportunity analysis, and business priorities into a cohesive product vision that balances seller experience with operational and economic sustainability; (2) cross-functional delivery leadership — driving alignment across engineering, UX, data science, operations, and business teams to deliver complex, multi-component product experiences o
