What you will work on
- Managing complex calendars, investor calls, and cross-time-zone scheduling
- Coordinating travel, logistics, and operational support for research and investor trips
- Organizing investor materials, reporting packs, and data room updates
- Supporting hiring processes: sourcing, coordinating interviews, and candidate experience
- Assisting with recruiting pipelines for engineers, quants, and interns
- Driving internal projects and strategic initiatives across operations, hiring, and infrastructure
- Preparing documents, presentations, and internal communications
- Acting as a central hub across leadership, research, and external partners
