- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Monitor cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Perfil buscado

A successful BU Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting,



Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- 5 years of experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, others) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
