We are seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. The administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, managing both Windows and Linux server environments (with Linux comprising roughly 30% of the scope),



providing prompt reaction on all server and cloud infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support, and cooperating with other infrastructure teams for resolution.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled within SLAs.
- Act as expert support for Windows and Linux server related incidents, managing daily tasks and workflows efficiently within ServiceNow (SN).
- Manage problem resolution with third-party vendors and participate in Problem management processes.
- Support company server infrastructure (Windows and 30% Linux) on-premise and in a Cloud.
- Provide operational administration for highly available server landscapes, including storage servers and server hardware lifecycle management (specifically Dell, HP, and Synology NAS).
- Support MS Active Directory, design Group Policies (GPO), and manage DHCP and DNS services.
