- Strong knowledge of Credit, Collections, Billing, and Cash Applications operations (Order-to-Cash).
- Experience managing large teams through subordinate leaders.
- Ability to manage financial and operational reporting and performance metrics.
- Experience implementing process improvements and internal financial controls.
- Capability to analyze data and drive operational efficiency.
- Proven expertise in Finance Administration across Accounting, Payroll, Tax, and similar functions.
- Experience in shared services or centralized finance operations environments is a plus.
