Descripción
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals and improve overall plant performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to align operations with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Lead and develop plant personnel to enhance team performance and productivity.
Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager with full site responsibility.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with complete P&L; ownership.
- Strong track record managing cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance, productivity, maintenance effectiveness, and cost management.
- Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the production floor.
- High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational execution.
- Experience within metalworking, steel, metal fabrication, stamping, heavy manufacturing, or similar industrial manufacturing environments will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid passport and U.S. visa.
