- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and strategic customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product adoption and brand presence.
- Support commercial initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance, inventory trends, and market opportunities.
- Lead business review meetings with distributors and key partners.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
- Maintain accurate account information,
forecasts, and pipeline activity through CRM tools.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and proactively resolve client concerns.
Perfil buscado
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the food, foodservice, or CPG industries.
- Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and indirect sales channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience identifying and developing new market opportunities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and translate insights into action plans.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field
