Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or any Engineering discipline).
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA) or Digital Transformation (preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent).

Professional Experience
- Experience leading the implementation of technology solutions aligned with strategic business goals, beyond traditional IT.
- 15+ years of experience in similar roles such as IT Director, CIO, or Senior IT Manager, preferably with multinational manufacturing companies with general operations and a commercial focus.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity is required, including the definition of information security strategies, risk management, regulatory compliance, and leadership in implementing enterprise-level security controls and architectures.
- Experience working with organizations and aligning with global corporate structures.




- Practical experience using advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence solutions to increase business effectiveness.
- Solid experience in governance and administration of ERP platforms and corporate systems such as Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, Progress, Salesforce, and Power BI.
- Implementation and management of applications in cloud environments.
- Design, development and maintenance of technology infrastructure (networks, servers, and hybrid cloud).
- Leadership of teams with more than 30 employees, including technical and functional leaders.
- Experience leading corporate digital transformation initiatives that drive business impact.
