Paid Media Specialist
to join a
fast-growing U.S.-based company in the digital health and wellness space

In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize performance, improve conversion rates, and support customer acquisition initiatives. If you're analytical, results-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

? Key Responsibilities
- ✨ Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- ✨ Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- ✨ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing,



and creative performance analysis
- ✨ Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to maximize return on investment
- ✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing objectives
- ✨ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- ✨ Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and paid media best practices

✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
- Proven success running lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience in
healthcare, digital health, wellness, telehealth, or other regulated industries
