How you'll make an impact
- Lead, coach, and support a team of manufacturing employees to achieve production goals.
- Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities to meet operational targets.
- Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
- Perform quality checks and inspections of in-process and finished products.
- Troubleshoot production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve complex challenges.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement approved process enhancements.
