As an HR Intern,



you will actively support different initiatives across the Human Resources department, contributing to key projects related to onboarding, internal communications, administrative functions and employee engagement. This position provides hands-on experience in strategic HR processes within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
Job responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, trainings, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values.
- Contribute to HR communication strategies and internal content management.
- Maintain HR systems by updating employee data, monitoring training completion, and generating monthly reports.
- Support audits and compliance processes related to HR policies and labor standards (e.g., NOM-035).
