In this role, you’ll manage the full ITC process to maximize cash flow, ensuring timely payments and resolving deductions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering against SLA’s and KPI’s, while promoting a customer-focused culture. The role involves identifying root causes of payment issues, driving continuous improvement,



and ensuring compliance within a strong control framework to achieve operational excellence.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Customer Collections Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a solid understanding of their policies and WK Kellogg’s terms of sale.
- Resolve aged receivables and invalid deductions by coordinating with internal teams and external buyers.
- Manage various types of deductions, including pricing, shipment, and miscellaneous deductions.
- Handle order holds and releases and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Compliance Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure adherence to WK Kellogg’s ITC policies and compliance standards (GAAP, SOX, audit).
- Conduct trend analysis to improve processes and systems.
- Consistently meet performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
