Asesor Regional de ServicioAsegurar y coordinar el soporte técnico y de servicio postventa para Autobuses Mercedes Benz, brindando atención oportuna a la Red de Distribuidores y clientes flotilleros mediante asistencia remota (OLA MB y Xentry) y presencial cuando sea necesario. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas de venta de mano de obra y contribuir a la calidad del servicio, la fidelización del cliente y el logro de los objetivos operativos y comerciales.
