Job Title
: Customer Success Consultant (CSC) Implementation, Training & Customer Success

Position Summary

The Customer Success Consultant (CSC) is responsible for ensuring customers successfully adopt, implement, and maximize the value of FCS solutions. This role combines customer success, project implementation, user training, and light technical support to deliver a seamless customer experience from project implementation through post go-live adoption.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, Sales, Product, Development, Helpdesk, and Project Management teams to ensure successful deployments, high customer satisfaction, and long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Success & Customer Engagement

 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers following project implementation.

 Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, department heads, hotel management, and operational users.

 Proactively engage customers to ensure successful adoption and active usage of FCS solutions.





 Monitor customer health and identify risks or opportunities to improve customer engagement.

 Promote best practices and educate customers on new features and product enhancements.

 Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

 Gather customer feedback and enhancement requests and communicate them to Product and Development teams.

 Provide regular customer health updates and project status reports to internal stakeholders.

 Maintain customer success documentation, SOPs, and best practices for key customer accounts.

2. Training & Customer Adoption

 Conduct customer onboarding sessions for new implementations.

 Deliver structured training programs for hotel operational users, administrators, supervisors, and IT personnel.

 Conduct both remote and onsite training sessions.
