VA WORKS is seeking a Customer Service Manager to support a fast-growing Appraisal Management Company (AMC).

This is a high-volume, customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with appraisers, lenders, loan officers, and internal teams, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring appraisal orders move efficiently through the process.

What You'll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the appraisal process.
- Coordinate communication between clients, appraisers, loan officers, and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates on appraisal orders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
- Follow up on outstanding appraisal requests and revisions.
- Document customer interactions accurately.




- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while meeting response time expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order completion.
- Identify problems proactively and recommend solutions.

Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload).
- Quiet, professional home office.
- Backup internet solution preferred.
