Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in
Power Automate Desktop
.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks/projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of
RPA concepts
,
automation lifecycle
, and
process design
.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
- Experience building Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Good working knowledge of
Power Apps
.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.




- Work independently to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Build, maintain, and optimize desktop automation flows for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing automations.
- Document solution designs, process definitions, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Follow best practices for RPA governance, security, and error handling.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed automations.
