The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through outbound sales calls, email communication, and virtual meetings. This role focuses on promoting Ariel Premium Supply products and services, generating sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the Regional Sales Managers. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the Distributor Services (DS) Team and other departments to ensure customers receive timely information, quotes, samples, and follow-up.

- Make a minimum of 45 outbound customer calls each day within the assigned sales region to promote Ariel Premium Supply products, services, promotions, and special offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct Zoom meetings and virtual product presentations to educate customers on Ariel's products and services.
- Schedule follow-up activities in the Ariel system, complete follow-up cal
