You will drive client success and retention by managing strategic B2B partnerships.

Compensation:

MXN 34K/month

+ Commissions (:MXN7K/month)

Responsibilities and more:

Role Overview:
- Manage and nurture an assigned portfolio of B2B client accounts.
- Lead smooth customer onboarding, product walkthroughs, and feature adoption strategies.
- Monitor usage metrics and account health to proactively prevent churn and ensure long-term retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and basic account reviews to demonstrate ongoing value and ROI.
- Identify growth, cross-sell,



and upsell opportunities within your portfolio to hit monthly commission targets.
- Partner with Product, Support, and Sales teams to voice customer feedback and optimize the overall experience.

Requirements:
- Advanced professional English proficiency (B2+ or C1 required for client interactions).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS, Tech, or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Data-informed, proactive, and organized mindset.
- Motivation to achieve both client outcomes and financial performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $34,000 MXN gross per month.
- Variable commission of up to $500 USD per month based on retention and expansion goals.
- Total target earnings of approximately $41,000 MXN per month.
- Full-time remote work scheme.
