Project Manager

We're looking for a
Project Manager
to join our growing team This role combines
project coordination
and
customer success
, ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients throughout the recruiting process.

What you'll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication.
- Coordinate recruitment projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction.

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience
in Project Management, Customer Success,



Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working in
fast-paced, high-growth environments
.
- Advanced English
(written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
