We are looking for someone who:
- Defines
the strategy and directs resources to achieve results in the product transformation value chain, as well as assigns responsibilities to reach the organization's key performance indicators.
- Leads
the continuous improvement service in production through the TIPS workshop.
- Provides
support and ensures the correct application of the company's current strategies, which will be rolled out to the staff.

1. Operational and Financial Management
- Comprehensive Coordination:
Manage direct operations by ensuring all necessary resources are available for maintenance, quality, production, training, and logistics.
- Strategy and KPIs:
Establish priorities and strategies to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators:
OEE, Scrap, Absenteeism, Turnover, and PV
.
- Planning:
Generate the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Plan) alongside the Plant Manager and conduct capacity analysis (RCCP) during master planning meetings.
- Budget Control:
Efficiently manage the budget related to direct labor and overtime as assigned by finance.

Leadership and Continuous Improvement
- Team Development:
Lead the APT teams to achieve expected levels in daily goals and develop new leaders in identified areas of opportunity.
- Problem Solving:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and action plans, including directing the TiPS workshop and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the
5S
system in the plant.
- Communication:
Guarantee transparent communication across the entire operations team.

3. Quality Management
- Regulatory Compliance:
Execute activities related to the Quality Management System under the
IATF
standard, ensuring processes generate the expected results.

4. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
- Risk Management:
Identify and monitor operational controls for environmental aspects within the work area.
- Materials Handling:
Supervise the proper use and handling of chemical substances (according to the Globally H
