capable of coordinating cross-border freight and maintaining the carrier capacity and documentation accuracy needed to scale accordingly.
This position carries significant coordination and compliance responsibility: preparing and auditing cross-border documentation, dispatching loads with consistency, and serving as the go-to connection between carriers, customers, and internal teams overnight. This role is intended for a motivated, detail-driven transportation professional, someone who will help protect the carrier network and compliance standing necessary for the company's next phase of growth.

We Are Looking For:

3 years of freight brokerage experience
– Candidates know cross-border freight operations thoroughly and bring a proven track record.

Bilingual fluency
– Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.

Documentation expertise
– Hands-on knowledge of Carta Porte, DODA, and related customs documents.
•
Multitasking skills
– Thrives when managing multiple active loads and exceptions in a fast-paced environment.
