Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Integration & AI Automation Engineer to oversee our company's technology infrastructure, provide technical support, and lead automation and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability of business systems, integrating applications, implementing AI-driven solutions, and improving operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and software licenses.




- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and deactivating system access.
- Monitor IT assets, equipment inventory, and software subscriptions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Systems Administration
- Administer cloud-based platforms and business applications.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform software updates, maintenance, and system optimization.
- Manage backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and IT processes.

Automation & Process Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows across departments.
