SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of key commercial processes, with a strong focus on budgeting, reporting, pricing, and data management. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of critical business information, enabling effective decision-making across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Commercial Planning (Budget Focus)*
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of the annual budget following established guidelines
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of budget data
- Assist in tracking budget performance and maintaining alignment with commercial assumptions

*Reporting & KPI Management*
- Update, validate, and distribute monthly KPI reports
- Generate and deliver recurring reports, including:
- Variable and merchandiser performance reports
- Inventory reports (KeHE, Kroger) for assigned brands
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Excel-based operational reports

*Pricing & Commercial Execution*




- Maintain and update customer price lists
- Support the implementation of price increases, including communication tracking and execution follow-up

*Broker & Compensation Management*
- Validate sales data against invoices to support broker commission payments
- Configure and maintain broker commission structures within internal systems
- Execute month-end activities related to variable compensation

*Data Management & Governance*
- Maintain accurate and updated mapping of customers, products, and brands
- Ensure data integrity across systems and reports

*Power BI & Analytics*
- Refresh, validate, and maintain Power BI dashboards to ensure availability and accuracy
- Develop and maintain basic Power BI reports to support business needs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or relat
