Position: Spanish Sales Booking Agent (U.S. Market)

Compensation: $1500-$2500 per month (Base + Commissions)

Job Responsibilities (Sales + Scheduling + Follow-Up)
- Engage prospective clients through professional and persuasive phone communication, promoting NovuSkin’s services and securing appointments
- Cultivate strong relationships with leads by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations to drive conversions
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments, including follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Create callback tasks and maintain an organized follow-up pipeline to ensure timely outreach
- Contact no-shows and canceled clients to reschedule and retain appointments
- Utilize all communication channels as needed, including SMS, email, and voicemail
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through appointment booking
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, documentation, and call activity logs to support sales operations
