FashionXglobal is building the leading general marketplace for Latin American fashion connecting independent designers and premium labels across Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela with customers in the US and international markets. As we scale, logistics and cross-border delivery are becoming one of the most critical parts of our customer experience, margin structure, and operating model.

We are looking for a Logistics & Cross-Border Operations Lead to design, build, and manage FashionXglobal's logistics operating model across Latin America. This is not a traditional logistics coordinator role. It is a builder's role: someone who will stand up the logistics infrastructure for a multi-country, multi-brand marketplace from the ground up, working directly with the CEO.

What you'll own

You will identify, evaluate, and onboard logistics partners across our key LatAm markets:



shipping aggregators, couriers, international express carriers, local pickup partners, 3PLs, and customs brokers, and build a country-by-country partner matrix with primary and backup options. You will collect and compare rate cards for cross-border shipments, build structured cost comparisons by origin, weight, delivery speed, and destination, and recommend routing rules and shipping thresholds that protect the marketplace's margins.

You will design the operational workflows that govern how orders actually move: single-brand shipments, multi-brand same-country consolidation, multi-country orders, returns, failed deliveries, and high-value shipments. You'll create the shipping guidelines that brands follow for packaging, dispatch, and documentation, and ensure compliance with our SLAs.
