Customer Success Associate
to partner with our event organizers and business clients, and hit the ground running
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the trusted point of contact for the event organizers and businesses who rely on Klerk. You'll guide clients from onboarding through renewal, help them get the most out of the platform for each event they run, and act as the voice of the customer inside Klerk ensuring every organizer feels supported, every event runs smoothly, and every account grows.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of event organizers and business clients,
serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Lead client onboarding, setting up accounts, room blocks, and workflows so organizers can launch their first event on Klerk quickly and confidently
- Guide event organizers through the full event lifecycle, from planning and hotel/room-block setup to attendee coordination and post-event follow-up
- Provide hands-on support during live events, proactively troubleshooting booking, accommodation, and logistics issues so events run without disruption
- Coordinate closely with hotels, venues, and partners on behalf of clients to resolve availability, contracting, and attendee-experience needs
- Drive product adoption by training clients on Klerk's planning tools, recommendations, and features, and sharing best practices tailored to each organizer's goals
- Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction; identify at-risk accounts early and lead retention and renewal efforts
