About the Job:

As CAD Lead Engineer, you will be responsible to execute small, medium and complex projects leading a team to achieve program milestones in time, this position plays important role within Engineering area taking decisions, handling and delegating activities with CAD designers,



excellent knowledges to develop new products that permit to apply design best practices with 3D CAD, 2D drawings tools, pre-concept preparation guidance, excellent planning to align main milestones and deliverables to achieve projects in time. You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams like production, manufacture and others to establish target dates with engineering team. You will serve an expert to guide and mentoring team members with less experience.

What You’ll do:
- Contribute to product development projects by delivering 3D CAD designs, Engineering 2D drawings, Creation and management of EBOMs, prototyping to validate solutions, material selections, assembly sequence definition, release workflow process for production, concepts creation, guide-lines and best practices documentation.
- Lead design and guidance for process methodologies like design for manufacturing, design for reliability, design for service etc.
