Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) process for the Americas region, providing service and support to North America (NA) while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the General Ledger (GL) Accounting Team, including supervision, performance monitoring, and internal reporting.
- Oversee GL account reconciliations , review and analyze the General Ledger/trial balance,
and collaborate with local Finance teams to identify necessary adjustments.
- Ensure team utilization, holiday balance, and mandatory training compliance according to established guidelines.
- Drive process improvements, implement mitigation plans, and support new transitions within the team.
- Monitor global accounting activities, promote integration, and lead change initiatives.
- Support the preparation and submission of financial statements and consolidation processes.
- Act as the first point of escalation for local teams and other areas, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in general accounting and financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
