Inside Sales Representative - Solar/Construction

Location: Remote - Mexico-based candidates only

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. Central Time

Pay: $7 USD per hour

We are a growing U.S.-based solar and construction company serving residential and commercial customers.

Our services include solar, roofing, insulation, remodeling, home additions, and general construction.

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative based in Mexico who understands the U.S. solar, construction, or home-services market.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will follow up with customers who have already requested service, completed an inspection or consultation, and received a proposal.

Your role is to explain the proposal, answer questions, handle objections, and guide the customer toward approving the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with qualified leads by phone, text, and email.
- Review solar and construction proposals with customers.
- Explain pricing, scope of work, warranties, financing, and timelines.




- Answer questions about estimates, contracts, permitting, installation, and scheduling.
- Address customer concerns and ask for the sale.
- Maintain consistent follow-up until the customer makes a decision.
- Update CRM notes, lead stages, appointments, and next steps.
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, operations, and scheduling teams.
- Meet monthly sales and conversion goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent professional English and Spanish.
- At least 3 years of sales experience serving the U.S. market.
- Previous experience in solar, roofing, construction, insulation, remodeling, or home services.
- Experience explaining proposals, estimates, contracts, or project scopes.
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers to make a decision.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads.
