SAP Engineer – Entry/Mid Level (Minimum 2 Years Experience)

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated SAP Engineer with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in SAP environments. The adecuado candidate has a solid foundation in ABAP development and basic configuration skills in any SAP module (SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, etc.). This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform ABAP development, debugging, and enhancements.
- Support configuration activities across SAP modules as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high‑quality SAP changes.
- Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Provide support for ongoing SAP projects and operational needs.

Required Qualifications




- Minimum 2 years of SAP experience (technical or functional).
- ABAP knowledge: development, debugging, basic enhancements.
- Configuration experience in at least one SAP module (any module is acceptable).
- English desired (reading, writing, and communication).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Exposure to integrations, IDocs, RFCs, or Web Services.
- Basic understanding of SAP transport management and change control processes.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
