Participar de la implementación de nuevos negocios a fin de asegurar la corecta coordinación y dar seguimiento sobre los servicios requeridos por los clientes asegurando el monitoreo del servicio y seguimiento del pronostico del volumen pactado.
Responsabilidades:
Validar información del cliente, recibir la solicitud de cotización y entregar el check list
Dar seguimiento en el proceso implementación
Realizar solicitud de reserva
Realizar solicitud de reserva a Carrier y/o oficina de origen (Casos de importación)
Coordinar el pesaje, ingreso de información en sistema y envío de información al carrier
Seguimiento y monitoreo de las operaciones a cargo
Ingresar Invoice Entry + Cost Entry + Confirm Expected GP en sistema
Realizar monitoreo de fecha de arribo y solicitud de liberación
Envíar documentación comercial,
confirmación de booking y validar pedimento.
