Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in change management, employee experience, communications, HR programs, learning, or organizational development
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, toolkits, guides, or employee communications
• Experience supporting organizational initiatives, program rollouts, or employee campaigns
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and ChatGPT
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and practical resources

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Create toolkits, guides, presentations, templates, and implementation resources
• Support rollout of employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Draft leader and employee communications
• Assist with change management and adoption activities

• Coordinate campaigns, employee experiences, and engagement activities




• Gather employee feedback and success stories
• Develop content that simplifies complex concepts for leaders and employees
• Monitor adoption and participation metrics
• Recommend improvements to communications, resources, and implementation plans
