Are you detail-oriented, great with people, and passionate about creating smooth first-day experiences? FieldBridge, LLC, a U.S. based staffing firm with offices in the U.S. and Mexico, is hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist for our Guadalajara team.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for new hires navigating their onboarding journey — from documentation and system access to training and compliance. You'll work closely with Operations, Payroll, and Recruiting to make sure every new team member is set up for success from day one.

What you'll be doing:
Managing end-to-end onboarding for new hires
Conducting onboarding sessions and system training
Driving completion through proactive follow-up with candidates, clients, and managers
Troubleshooting system access and timekeeping issues
Maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation

What we're looking for:
1–3+ years of experience in HR,



onboarding, or workforce administration preferred
Strong mult-tasking and organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems is preferred
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Fluent English, written and verbal

Guadalajara, Jalisco (Colonia Americana)
Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
Hybrid role 3 days in office 2 days WFH

Starting at $20,000/mo. base salary + performance-based bonus + above-the-law benefits, including an enhanced Christmas bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days' pay — double the legal minimum.

Opportunity to earn bonuses equally 25%+ of your base salary — potentially bringing total monthly compensation to ~$25,000. That's just starting out
